Vacation/Sick Leave
  • Vacation/Sick leave accruals begin date of hire.
  • 6.2 hours vacation per pay period
  • 3.7 hours sick leave per pay period
  • Eligible for these benefits after 90-day introductory period.
Eligible Employees have a choice of Health Insurance Plans.
  • PPO basic plan $2000 deductible with $25 co-pay, 70/30 after deductible
  • High deductible PPO with Health Saving Account (H.S.A.) Employees can make contributions to the H.S.A. tax-free up to limits established by IRS.
  • Hospital pay 84% of total premium for the employee, employee pays a capped amount for additional dependents. Insurance eligibility starts the first of the month following date of hire for hard to place position, i.e.: RN, Med Techs, Respiratory Techs, X-Ray Techs, etc.

Life insurance policy of $10,000 for all full time employees paid by hospital.

We offer a variety of supplemental insurance plans through AFLAC and Employers Advantage Group.

State Retirement (PERS) for those employed for more than 20 hrs per week. No Social Security Withholding.

Supplement Tax Shelter Annuities through AIG/Valic, Amerprise and ING
