Chemotherapy Infusions

With oncologist approval, William Bee Ririe Hospital can infuse most chemotherapy treatments here at the hospital, saving our patients the time, money, and discomfort of travel on a regular basis.  A week is needed for prior authorization and to acquire the correct treatments needed.  Then a primary care physician at WBRH can sign off on oncologist orders for the treatment. This is a service our hospital pharmacist has provided for a long time and is certain to benefit the lives of many more patients in the future.
